Jermaine Manuel Palacios Leon plays infield for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball. He was born in Venezuela on July 19, 1996. In 2022, he made his MLB debut.

Palacios joined the Minnesota Twins organization in 2014 as an international free agent. That same year, he made his debut for the DSL Twins, where he lasted the entire season, batting.270 with 29 RBIs and 14 stolen bases in 49 games.

He participated in 57 games for both the Elizabethton Twins and the GCL Twins in 2015, recording a combined batting average of.370 with three home runs and 37 RBIs.

He played 71 games in 2016 with the Cedar Rapids Kernals, batting.222 with one home run and 28 RBIs.

He started the 2017 campaign back with Cedar Rapids and was then moved to the Fort Myers Miracle where he concluded the year with a.269 batting average, two home runs, and 28 RBIs in another 62 games. During that time, he batted.320 with 11 home runs and 39 RBIs in 62 games.

In exchange for Jake Odorizzi, the Twins dealt Palacios to the Tampa Bay Rays on February 18, 2018. He was originally assigned to the Montgomery Biscuits for the 2018 season before being transferred to the Charlotte Stone Crabs.

He played for two teams in 118 games, hitting.217 with two home runs and 53 RBIs. He started the year with Montgomery.

Palacios was released by the Rays and then agreed to a minor league deal with the Twins. On May 31, 2022, the Twins promoted him to the main leagues, and that day he made his major league debut.
