Jesús Enrique Sánchez, a professional baseball outfielder with the Miami Marlins of Major League Baseball, was born in the Dominican Republic on October 7, 1997. In 2020, he made his MLB debut.
Sánchez decided to join the Tampa Bay Rays in June 2014 as an international free agent. He later signed with the Dominican Summer League Rays, where he played the whole 2015 season after making his professional debut there, he hit.335/.382/.498 with four home runs and 45 RBIs in 61 games.
