In the NFL, Jordan Stout plays as a professional football player. He is a punter and placekicker for the Baltimore Ravens. He is 95 kg tall and 1.91 meters wide. He was bred and attended high school in Honaker, Virginia.
He earned the title of Tigers team MVP as a senior by averaging 47 yards on each punt and making all nine of his field goal tries. As a kicker, he was chosen three times for All-State. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where from 2017 to 2018 he played football for the Hokies of Virginia Tech.
In his first year of eligibility as a walk-on, he redshirted. He had 60 touchbacks on 71 kickoff attempts as a redshirt freshman, specializing in kickoffs. He decided to transfer to Penn State, where he had been awarded an athletic scholarship, after the season, and he registered on the NCAA transfer website.
He played football for the Penn State Nittany Lions from 2019 to 2021. He was selected as Penn State’s kicker prior to the start of his redshirt senior season, making him the first man since Chris Bahr in 1975 to be in control of the team’s kickoffs, field goals, and punts. He was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
