Josh Thomas plays safety in American football for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. The man is 1.83 m tall and weighs 93 kg. While attending The Montgomery Academy, he participated in football twice and basketball four times, winning All-State honors both times. He played collegiate football for the Mountaineers while enrolled at Appalachian State University.
He had a career-high 72 tackles as a senior, along with 2.0 tackles for loss, one interception returned for a touchdown for a distance of 16 yards, one fumble recovered for a gain of 37 yards, and one tackle for a loss of one.
