The Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League are noted for having guard Justin Pugh on their roster. He is 141 kg in weight and 1.96 m tall. At Council Rock High School South in Holland, Pennsylvania, he participated in football during high school. His defense earned him a spot on the 2008 Pennsylvania Football News All-State Second Team.
He was also named to the first team of the all-area and all-Suburban One League as a junior and senior, and the second team as a defensive lineman. From 2009 through 2012, he was a member of the Syracuse Orange football team while attending Syracuse University.
During his college career, he started 34 games for his collegiate team and was named All-Big East Conference three times. The New York Giants selected Pugh with the 19th overall pick in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
In July 2013, he agreed to a four-year contract with the Giants. Pugh and the Arizona Cardinals reached a five-year, $45 million contract agreement in March 2018. He started seven games at right guard before sustaining a knee injury in Week 10. On November 13th, 2018, he was placed on injured reserve.
