Ken Flajole is an American football coach who serves as the outside linebackers coach for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League(NFL). He was born October 4, 1954, in Seattle, Washington, United States of America.

Flajole had his high school education and career in Seattle Preparatory School, popularly known as Seattle Prep, a private Jesuit high school located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, Washington. He was an all-state linebacker there. He further went ahead to earn a bachelor’s degree in education from Pacific Lutheran University in 1977.

Bedore Flajole was hired to be the outside linebackers coach for the Kansas City Chiefs in April 2021, he served as a coach in several teams. He started his coaching career in 1979 as an assistant coach at the University of Washington.
