He is a Conservative Party member and has served as Richmond (YorksMP)s since 2015. Born in Southampton to Indian immigrants from East Africa, Sunak attended Winchester College for his education.

Rishi Sunak, Krishna’s father then studied philosophy, politics, and economics at Lincoln College, Oxford, before earning an MBA on a Fulbright scholarship from Stanford University.
While Sunak was attending Stanford, he met Akshata Murty, daughter of N.R. Narayana Murthy, the wealthy Indian businessman, who founded Infosys. Murthy later became his wife.
Rishi Sunak, 41, got married to Akshata Murthy, 42, in 2009 in a two-day wedding in Bangalore. The couple has two daughters, Krishna Sunak and Anoushka Sunak.
The family home currently resides in North Yorkshire. Not much is known about his daughters as he keeps them out of the public eye.
