Dominique Armani Jones, better known by his stage name, Lil Baby, is a rapper from the United States.
After the release of his mixtape Perfect Timing in 2017, he began to gain attention from the general public.
The first studio album that Lil Baby released, titled Harder Than Ever (2018), was certified platinum by the RIAA and featured the song “Yes Indeed” (featuring Drake), which reached number six on the Billboard Hot 100.
Lil Baby is the recipient of one Grammy Award as well as one BET Award. He won the top all-genre Artist of the Year honor at the 2020 Apple Music Awards.
Dominique Jones was born in the Oakland City section of Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States.

Jones was only in the ninth grade when he decided to quit Booker T. Washington High School and devote himself to the drug trade.
Jones was charged with possession with intent to sell as well as other offenses at the beginning of 2012, and then he was charged with possession of marijuana for less than an ounce the following year in 2013.
In 2014, he was taken into custody for the third time in as many years on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, and he served a total of two years in prison for his crimes.
