Lou Anarumo is an American football coach who serves as the defensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL).
Before joining the Bengals, he filled in the position as the defensive backs coach at Purdue under Joe Tiller and Danny Hope from 2004 to 2011, the Miami Dolphins from 2012 to 2017, and the New York Giants in 2018.
In 2021, Cincinnati’s defense included seven new starters from the earlier year, and Anarumo helped steer the fresh debuts through an offseason with no on-field work, and later an influx of wounds and COVID-19 issues.
Lou Anarumo attended Wagner College where he played for the Wagner Seahawks football program in the United States.
