Brett Kavanaugh
On the Supreme Court of the United States, Brett Michael Kavanaugh serves as an associate justice. President Donald Trump nominated him on July 9th, 2018, and he has been in office since October 6th, 2018.
He formerly served as a United States circuit judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and as a staff attorney for different federal agencies.
Kavanaugh wed Ashley Estes in 2004, and the pair now have two kids. Estes served as the personal secretary to former President George W. Bush as they made their home in Chevy Chase Section Five, which is located in Maryland.
In both 2010 and 2015, Kavanaugh competed in the Boston Marathon.

She began attending the University of Texas in Austin in 1993 and received a Bachelor of Journalism in 1997. She wed Brett Kavanaugh, a fellow West Wing employee, in 2004.
Both First Lady Laura Bush and President Bush were present at the Georgetown, Washington, D.C., wedding.
