Marie Bouzkova Parents: Meet Bouzkova Milan and Bouzkova Květa

Marie Bouzkova

Tennis professional Marie Bouzková hails from the Czech Republic. She is currently 23 years old and was born on July 21, 1998. She reached her top WTA singles ranking of 46 on August 31, 2020.

On May 9, 2022, she attained her highest WTA doubles ranking of No. 24. She has already won three WTA Tour doubles titles. At ITF Women’s Circuit tournaments, Bouzková has won 12 singles titles and three doubles titles.

In the championship match, she defeated Anhelina Kalinina to claim the 2014 US Open girls’ singles crown. In the opening round of the 2015 Abierto Mexicano Telcel, where she was making her WTA Tour debut, she was upset by Sesil Karatantcheva.

Before falling to Serena Williams, Bouzková defeated Sloane Stephens, Jeena Ostapenko, and Simona Halep on her way to the 2019 Rogers Cup quarterfinals. She forced the former world No. 1 to three sets despite losing, winning the first set 6-1.

She and fellow countrywoman Lucie Hradecká won her maiden WTA event title in doubles at the Birmingham Classic in 2021.

Meet Bouzkova Milan and Bouzkova Květa

With a younger sibling named Benjamin Milan, Maria Bouzkova was born in Prague to parents Milan and Kveta. Kveta, Bouzková’s mother, is an avid tennis supporter. She enjoyed playing the sport but never pursued it professionally.

Our research indicates that Kveta and Marie’s father are joint owners of a tennis club. It was at the club, that Marie started to dominate the sport of tennis.
