Matthew Joseph Marcos Manotoc is a politician and athlete who hails from the province of Ilocos Norte in the Philippines. He was born on December 9, 1988.
In addition to his current role as Governor of Ilocos Norte, he formerly served on the senior provincial board of Ilocos Norte as a representative of the province’s second legislative district from 2016 to 2019.
Manotoc Romualdez Marcos was the youngest of Imee Romualdez Marcos and Tommy La’O Manotoc’s three children when he was born on December 9, 1988, in Morocco.
