Born on August 30, 1957, Mark E. Bell is a former defensive end and tight end in the National Football League (NFL). Mark Bell and his identical twin brother, Mike Bell, have played professionally in the NFL or at the university level. Mike and Mark Bell are both from Wichita, Kansas.
Mark is Married to Sherry Bell and they have a son Blake Bell. Blake M. Bell was born on August 7, 1991, in Kansas City, Missouri, and is an American football tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League.
He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He attended the University of Oklahoma, where he played college football and earned the moniker Bulldozer, which is a play on words that refers to his enormous size and running style.
For the NFL Scouting Combine, Bell was one of 19 college tight ends invited to participate. During the combine, he had a mixed bag of results, placing last among tight ends in the bench press and sixth among tight ends in the 40-yard dash, broad jump, and vertical leap. At his best, he finished second in the short and long shuttles among his position group.
