Rayfield Wright was born Larry Rayfield Wright. He was popular for being a former professional football player. During his time in the National Football League(NFL), he played as an offensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys football team from 1967 to 1979 and then played a little for the Philadelphia Eagles in 1980.
Rayfield was born and raised in a town called Griffin in Georgia in the United States on August 23, 1945. He had his high school education at Fairmont High School.
In 1988, he was inaugurated into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame. In 1990, Rayfield was made a member of the NFL All-Time Super Bowl Team and was also awarded the NFL Legends Award that same year.
He is the founder of the Rayfield Wright Foundation, which happens to be a foundation that seeks to assist children to attain college scholarships.
Rayfield died at the age of 76 on April 7, 2022. The cause of his death has not yet been revealed. The update will be given as soon as the cause of his death is revealed.
