Nicole Shanahan, an entrepreneur and philanthropist based in Silicon Valley, was thrust into the middle of a dispute between two of the world’s richest men, Sergey Brin and Elon Musk, during the course of this past weekend.
Shanahan and Brin have been married for over three years, but in June of this year, they made public their intention to end their marriage, citing “irreconcilable disagreements” as the reason for their decision.
This weekend, it was alleged by the Wall Street Journal that Musk and Shanahan had an extramarital affair; however, Musk has since refuted the claims that were made by the publication.
According to the story, Shanahan and Brin have a prenuptial agreement and are currently in the process of negotiating the details of their divorce. She is reportedly seeking more than one billion dollars in the settlement.
Because of this, the terms of the divorce settlement she reached could be comparable to those reached by the billionaire philanthropists MacKenzie Scott and Melinda Gates.

The answer is “yes,” Nicole and Sergey Brin do in fact have kids. Because of a prior marriage, her spouse has two children from his union with Anne Wojcicki, who is a biotechnology analyst and entrepreneur.
It was claimed that she had some initial difficulty becoming pregnant, but in 2018, the couple became parents to a girl.
Sources claim that Brin and Shanahan were having trouble getting married at the time and that this was mostly due to the pressures linked with COVID-19 and the responsibility of taking care of their daughter, who was three at the time.
