Professional football player Tae Daley is a safety with the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals. He is 91 kg and 1.80 m tall. He attended Northside High School, where he played football in high school. He finished his school career with more than 200 tackles, 13 interception returns for touchdowns, and 20 passes defended.
He was an All-State performer in soccer and helped the football team win the 5A state championship as a sophomore in 2014. He was a Vanderbilt University student who spent three seasons playing collegiate football for the Vanderbilt Commodores. He was one of five true freshmen to play in 11 games as a freshman in 2017.
He recorded 45 tackles, had 5.5 tackles for loss, and played in 13 games as a sophomore in 2018. He played safety as a junior in 2019, making 57 tackles and forcing a fumble while starting nine games. In his three seasons at Vanderbilt, he made 35 appearances and 108 tackles. Prior to moving to Virginia Tech for his senior year, he transferred schools and participated in all 13 games in 2021.
He was the seventh-highest tackler on the team with 73, one pass defensed, and two caused fumbles. He participated in 46 games throughout the course of his college career, made 181 total tackles, 9.5 of them were for a loss, picked off seven passes, broke up 1.5 sacks, and forced two turnovers. contract with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2022.
