Meet Charlotte And Cecelia
On April 8, 2013, she married Charles-Edouard Maria, a former French tennis player, who served as her coach. Their first child, a daughter named Charlotte, was born on December 20, 2013, and their second daughter, Cecilia, was born on April 2, 2021.
After a match point miracle on No. 1 Court on Sunday, Maria is the only mother left at SW19. In the Wimbledon draw for 2022, she is not the most well-known mother (that honor belongs to none other than Serena Williams, obviously).
