German tennis player Tatjana Maria (née Malek; born 8 August 1987) competes professionally. In November 2017 and June 2016, respectively, she attained her highest singles and doubles rankings of 46 and 54, respectively.
From the WTA Tour, she has won two singles titles, four doubles titles, 15 singles titles, and 15 doubles titles. She participated in 12 appearances (18 games) for Germany in the Billie Jean King Cup competition between 2006 and 2011 as well as between 2018 and 2020.

On April 8, 2013, she married Charles-Edouard Maria, a former French tennis player, who served as her coach. Their first child, a daughter named Charlotte, was born on December 20, 2013, and their second daughter, Cecilia, was born on April 2, 2021.
