Eddie George is an American football coach and former player, who is the current head coach of Tennessee State. He played as a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for nine seasons, primarily for the Houston / Tennessee Oilers / Titans franchise from 1996 to 2003.

George was born in September 1973, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, thus he aged 48. He enrolled at Fork Union Military Academy (High school), Virginia, and continued to further his studies at Ohio State University.

During his experience with the Titans, Eddie is accepted to have hurried 1000 yards in everything except one of the seasons. While he is said to have hurried an aggregate of 10,441 yards in his visit with the Tennessee Titans, others say he did a sum of 10,009 yards.
