Terrell Lewis is an American football outside linebacker with the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams. He attended Alabama and played collegiate football.
Lewis was born Terrell Hall and attended St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. Lewis grew raised in Washington, D.C. Lewis was voted the Football Player of the Year for Washington, D.C. by USA Today and Gatorade as a senior after recording 42 tackles, 21 tackles for a loss, and nine sacks.
Additionally, he was invited to 2016 Under Armour All-America Game. Lewis initially committed to play college football at Ohio State during his junior year. He was rated a five-star prospect by Rivals.com, four stars by ESPN, Scout, and 247Sports, and a top-ten weakside defensive end by all four.
He de-committed from Ohio State in the summer before his senior year and finally chose Alabama over Maryland, Florida State, and Mississippi.
Lewis appeared in 11 games for the Crimson Tide as a freshman, recording 11 tackles and one sack. He tore a ligament against Florida State in the opening game of his sophomore season, forcing him to miss the next 10 games.
He returned for the regular-season finale against Auburn and participated in the postseason, starting his first career game in the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship.
