Houser was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers on July 30, 2015, after previously playing for the Houston Astros, and was allocated to the Biloxi Shuckers by Milwaukee. He was 7–5 with a 4.43 ERA in 26 games (20 starts) between Lancaster, Corpus Christi, and Biloxi.

For the annual September call-ups, Houser was transferred to Milwaukee. On September 26, 2015, he made his big league debut for the team.

The Brewers have one ongoing arbitration case going into this 2022 season. The Brewers and Adrian Houser exchanged figures, and the case will be scheduled throughout the season.

Mark Feinsand of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported earlier this week that the arbitrator ruled with the Brewers in the case, and Houser will earn $2.425 million in 2022 although he had sued for $3 million in compensation.

While Houser’s loss is sad, it does cover the last outstanding wage for the season.
