Adetokunbo Ogundeji is an outside linebacker in American football. He is currently a member of the Atlanta Falcons football team, which competes in the National Football League.
The 9th of October 1998 was the day he was born. (NFL). He spent his college years at Notre Dame, where he also participated in the school’s football program.
Ogundeji spent his high school years in the great state of Michigan at Walled Lake Central High School, where he participated in football.
After completing his junior season, he finished with 68 tackles, nine sacks, 17 pass breakups, and four fumble recoveries. In addition to that, he intercepted 17 passes.
In spite of the fact that he had previously expressed his intent to play football for Western Michigan, he ultimately chose to sign with Notre Dame.
His senior year of college athletics was cut short after he suffered a knee injury during the season. After serving on Notre Dame’s scout team for his first two years at university, Ogundeji was given the opportunity
to play in all 13 of the Fighting Irish’s regular season games during his junior and senior years there. As a senior, he had a total of 34 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery on his stat sheet.
In addition to that, he was successful in recovering one fumble. After completing his senior year of high school football, he made the decision to continue playing the sport for an additional year.
He ended his career with seven sacks. In the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Ogundeji was selected by the Atlanta Falcons to join their roster.
The selection was made by the Falcons with the 182nd pick in the overall draft. On June 15, 2021, he was officially inducted into the Atlanta Braves organization as a rookie and signed a contract to play for the team for the next four years.
