Jandel Francisco Gustave (born October 12, 1992) is a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers. He signed as an amateur free agent with the Houston Astros in 2010.

Gustave debuted in the Major League Baseball in 2016 for the Houston Astros, and he has also played for the San Francisco Giants.

On May 25, 2010, Gustave signed as an amateur free agent with the Houston Astros, receiving a $40,000 signing bonus. He played for the Dominican Summer League Astros for his first two professional seasons before joining the Gulf Coast League Astros in 2012.

He pitched for the Greeneville Astros of the Rookie-level Appalachian League in 2013, posting a 2–3 record with a 2.68 ERA.

Gustave signed a minor league deal with the Pittsburgh Pirates on September 5, 2020. Gustave will start the 2021 season with the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians. Gustave had a 3.60 ERA and 18 strikeouts in 15 appearances for Indianapolis.

Gustave was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers on June 25, 2021, along with Troy Stokes Jr., in exchange for Samuel Escudero. Gustave was added to the active roster on July 7.
