American tennis player Jessica Pegula was born on February 24, 1994. Her career-high WTA singles ranking is No. 8, and her career-high WTA doubles ranking is No. 13, both of which were attained on June 6, 2022.
She has won seven ITF doubles titles, one WTA Challenger doubles title, two WTA singles titles, and one WTA singles title.
Pegula is the daughter of Terry and Kim Pegula, who also owns the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres and the NFL’s Buffalo Bills, respectively. She is half Korean because her mother was born in Seoul and adopted when she was 5 years old. Kelly, Matthew, Michael, and Laura (the latter two from her father’s first marriage) are her four siblings.
