Ryne Thomas Stanek is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Houston Astros in Major League Baseball.
He was born on July 26, 1991, in the United States (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2017. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Tampa Bay Rays and the Miami Marlins.
Stanek was a member of the Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team during his time at the University of Arkansas, where he also received his education.
In the first round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft, the Rays made him their first pick. Stanek made his debut in Major League Baseball in 2017, and he frequently pitched first for the Rays before being transferred to the Marlins in 2019.
