American outfielder Ryan James Vilade plays for the Colorado Rockies in Major League Baseball. Vilade was born on February 18, 1999, and is from Frisco, Texas. He is 23 years old right now.

He attended Frisco High School for his freshman, sophomore, and junior years. After his junior year, he participated in the Under Armour All-America Baseball Game at Wrigley Field in July 2016, winning the Home Run Derby with 18 home runs.

That fall, he participated in the 18U American national team. He committed to playing baseball for the Oklahoma State Cowboys in college.
The Colorado Rockies selected Vilade with the 48th overall choice in the second round of the Major League Baseball draft in 2017 receiving a signing bonus of $1.4 million.

He made his professional debut with the Rookie-level Grand Junction Rockies of the Pioneer League after being signed. He hit a home run in his first at-bat, earning him a spot in the All-Star game. Throughout the entire season, he played 33 games for Grand Junction.

On September 18, 2021, Colorado selected Vilade’s contract. He was then added to the active roster so that he could play that night at Nationals Park in his debut game in Major League Baseball against the Washington Nationals.
