Eric M. Bieniemy Jr., the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs, is an American football coach and former player. He was a unanimous All-American while playing college football for the Colorado Buffaloes.

Bieniemy was hired as the running backs coach for the Kansas City Chiefs by Andy Reid in 2013. Thus he joined the Chiefs in the year 2013.
Reid had coached Bieniemy with the Philadelphia Eagles and was familiar with him. Bieniemy was elevated to offensive coordinator by Reid in 2018 to replace Matt Nagy, who was appointed as the Chicago Bears head coach.
