Curtis Hodges joined the Washington Commanders of the National Football League as an undrafted free agent in 2022. At the time of this writing, he was placed on injured reserve on September 1, 2022.
Hodges’ football career can be traced back to his time at Mountain View High School in Mesa, Arizona. He was a multi-sport athlete at Mountain View High School, playing basketball as well.
Hodges was ranked as the No. 4 wide receiver prospect in the state and a three-star recruit by numerous scouts.
As a senior for the Mountain View Toros, Hodges caught 50 receptions for 733 yards and seven touchdowns.
Hodges attended Arizona State University, where he played four seasons of college football with the Arizona State Sun Devils.
Hodges made an immediate contribution as a true freshman, competing for playing time with a strong and skilled core of wide receivers. He made nine appearances and had five catches for 41 yards and a touchdown.
Hodges played in seven games for the Sun Devils during his sophomore season, contributing to the success of the rushing attack.
During his senior season, he was awarded the Levi Jones Most Improved Player Award.
