Kendrick L. Bourne, a wide receiver with the National Football League’s New England Patriots, was born on August 4, 1995. At Eastern Washington, he played collegiate football. He was a member of the San Francisco 49ers as well.
From 2013 to 2016, Bourne participated while attending and playing collegiate football at Eastern Washington. He was regarded as EWU’s top receiver.

As an undrafted free agent, Bourne was signed by the San Francisco 49ers to a three-year, $1.67 million deal on April 30, 2017. A $25,000 guarantee and a $5,000 signing bonus were part of the agreement.
He played in his first regular-season game as a professional during the San Francisco 49ers’ 23-3 loss to the Carolina Panthers in the season opener.
For the following five games, Bourne did not participate as a healthy scratch (Weeks 2–6). On November 5, 2017, Bourne hauled in two catches for 39 yards while the Arizona Cardinals were defeated 20-10.
Bourne agreed to a three-year, $15 million deal with the New England Patriots on March 19, 2021. When the Patriots fell 35-29 in overtime in Week 6 to the Dallas Cowboys, Bourne produced a 75-yard touchdown on his sole catch of the game.
Nelson Agholor caught a 25-yard touchdown throw from Bourne in Week 7 against the New York Jets, marking the quarterback’s first career score.
Bourne contributed to the Patriots’ 36-13 victory over the Tennessee Titans in Week 12 with 5 receptions for 61 yards and 2 touchdowns, including one of 41 yards.
