Bennett William Skowronek is an American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League. He played college football at Northwestern and Notre Dame, and was drafted by the Rams in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Born on June 27, 1997 (age 24 years), in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the United States of America Bennett began his high school education at the Homestead High School. He had 42 receptions for 841 yards and 12 touchdowns in his junior season.
Skowronek started his college career at Northwestern University. In his sophomore year, he was promoted to the starting lineup and finished the season with 45 receptions for 644 yards and five touchdowns. In his junior season, Skowronek had 45 receptions for 562 yards and two scores.
In three games as a senior, he caught 12 catches for 141 yards before sustaining a season-ending leg injury and having to take a medical redshirt.
Skowronek was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the seventh round, 249th overall, of the 2021 NFL Draft. On May 16, 2021, he signed his four-year rookie contract with Los Angeles.
