Thomas R. Sweeney, a tight end for the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills, was born on July 1, 1995. (NFL). At Boston College,

The Buffalo Bills selected Sweeney in the seventh round (228th overall) in the 2019 NFL Draft. On September 8, 2019, during the Bills’ season-opening game against the New York Jets, he made his NFL debut.
Sweeney played six games as a rookie and caught eight catches for 114 yards. He was sidelined for the remainder of the season after contracting myocarditis as a result of the virus.
It was declared in April 2021 that Sweeney should be prepared for the season of 2021.
