Football player Collin Johnson plays wide receiver for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He stands 1.98 meters tall and weighs 100 kilograms. He participated in football while attending Valley Christian High School. He announced in April 2014 that he would be going to the University of Texas at Austin.
At Texas, he played collegiate football for the Texas Longhorns. As a rookie, he took part in every game; as a sophomore, he started nine games and concluded the season with 54 catches. Before Johnson’s final year, his coach Tom Herman noticed a huge improvement. He was mentioned on the preseason watch lists for the Walter Camp Award, Wuerffel Award, and Biletnikoff Award.

In the 2018 Big 12 Championship Game, he set a new mark for receiving yards by setting a mark of 177. The 165th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft went to the Jacksonville Jaguars, who selected Johnson.
As of January 2021, he was on injured reserve. August 2021 saw his departure from the Jaguars. The New York Giants claimed Johnson in September 2021 after placing him on waivers. In August 2022, his torn achilles caused him to be placed on injured reserve.
