Jordan X. Davis is a defensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. He participated in college football at Georgia, where he was a member of the team that won the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship.
As a senior in 2021, he was awarded both the Chuck Bednarik Award and the Outland Trophy. In the first round of the NFL Draft in 2022, Davis was selected by the Eagles to join their team.
After attending Hopewell High School for his freshman and sophomore years, he transferred to Mallard Creek High School for his junior year and started playing football there. He declined the opportunity to play collegiate football at Clemson, Florida, Miami (Florida), and North Carolina and instead made a commitment to play for Georgia.

At the time of the 2022 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles drafted Davis in the first round, placing him thirteenth overall. He agreed to a four-year, $17 million contract with the Eagles after the draft, with the entire amount being guaranteed.
