Corey Matthaei is an American football coach who works in the National Football League (NFL). He has worked with the Kansas City Chiefs since 2018 as their assistant offensive line coach.

Before joining the Kansas City Chiefs coaching staff, he stood firm on three earlier footholds with the Philadelphia Eagles. After three seasons as an associate quarterbacks mentor, he assumed the job of head quarterbacks mentor.
As the quality control coach for the Chiefs, he started his residency with the team in 2013. Matthaei was an offensive lineman for Willamette University in Salem, Oregon from (2003-06) preceding he started his NFL career.
