Over 40 years after her mother and father were murdered in Texas, the lost child of a deceased Florida couple was discovered alive after being left off at a church by a “nomadic religious group.”
Holly Marie Clouse, 42, was discovered in Oklahoma, state authorities declared. Her exact location had been a mystery since her parents were discovered dead in Houston in 1981.
On January 12, 1981, a male and female victim’s remains were discovered in a wooded area, according to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R). The remains were discovered after a loose dog in the vicinity returned home with a severed human arm in his jaws, according to authorities.
The male victim was found to have been beaten to death, while the female victim died from strangling, according to an autopsy. Authorities, on the other hand, struggled for years to conclusively identify the two homicide victims.
The remains were not identified as Tina Gail Linn Clouse and Harold Dean Clouse Jr. until last year when the AG Office’s recently created Cold Case as well as Missing Persons Unit teamed up with Identifinders International, a California-based company that assists federal agents through forensic genetic genealogy. The bodies of the couple were purportedly unearthed for the first time in 2011.
Who Is Holly Marie’s Mother Tina Gail Linn Clouse?
Tina Gail is the supposed mother of Holly Marie. She was known to have died out of a probable account of the murder. Much is not known about her at the time.
