Barbara Allende Gil de Biedma, popularly known as Ouka Leele, was a Spanish photographer. She was born on June 29, 1957, and passed away on May 24, 2022.
Her great-uncle was the renowned poet Jaime Gil de Biedma, and her cousin Esperanza Aguirre served as President of the Community of Madrid from 2003 to 2012.
In addition to her work as a photographer, artist, and author of many collections of poetry, she was one of the most influential photographers of the Madrilena movement.
She was a part of the Agence VU organization. On May 24th, 2022, she passed away.
