Sean McVay is an American football coach serving as the head coach for the Los Angeles Rams in the National Football League (NFL). Born January 24, 1986, and at the age of 30, he became the youngest head coach in the history of the modern National Football League (NFL).
He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins from 2014 to 2016. In 2004, McVay graduated from Marist School in Brookhaven, Georgia, and was regarded as the first player in school history to amass 1,000 yards rushing and passing in consecutive seasons.
