Vladimir Guerrero Jr is a Canadian-Dominican professional baseball first baseman and designated hitter for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Baseball America named Guerrero the finest foreign free agent in 2015, and MLB.com ranked him as the fourth-best free agent in the league. On July 2, 2015, he signed a four-year, $3.9 million contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Extensive spring training camp was used to begin the 2016 minor league season for Guerrero. On the 23rd of June, Guerrero made his major league debut with the Rookie Advanced Bluefield Blue Jays of the Toronto organization.
