The main owner of The Kansas City Royals is John Sherman. Known as “John J. Sherman,” he is an accomplished businessman from the United States of America.

Among his many accomplishments is his ownership of the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball, which is situated in the Missouri city of Kansas City. He is also a successful businessman (MLB).

Ottawa University awarded Sherman a bachelor’s degree in business administration when she completed her studies there. Dynegy was formed by him as the LPG Services Group, which subsequently merged with Dynegy to become Dynegy. He is the founder and chairman of Dynegy. Sherman came up with the notion of Inergy in 1996, and it has now become widely accepted. For the purpose of expanding its activities, it formed a joint venture with Crestwood Holdings in 2013.

Sherman was promoted to the role of vice-chairman of the Cleveland Indians in 2016, after purchasing a minority stake in the team in the previous year.

Owner David Glass of the Kansas City Royals revealed his plan to sell the organization to Sherman in a baseball statement on August 30, 2019, for an undisclosed fee in excess of $1 billion on August 30, 2019. The deal was authorized by Major League Baseball and its owners on November 21, 2018.
