Franco Harris on born March 7, 1950 is an American retired professional footballer who played fullback for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League (NFL).
He was drafted by the Steelers in the first round of the 1972 NFL Draft, as the 13th overall pick, after playing college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions. He spent his first 12 years in the NFL with the Steelers before joining the Seahawks for his 13th and final season. In 1990, he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
