In, the year 2001, she decided to venture into gospel music with the album ”Katy Hudson’ which was a commercial failure. Later on the label on which she worked collapsed causing a temporal crash to her dreams. Some years later, she got the opportunity to work with the Capitol Music Group where she began to rise. Rising to stardom was not easy for her as she had to really to get to the top through rejection, poverty, loneliness and many more.
