Big Brother Naija Level Up Housemate, Phyna will serve as Head of House for the next eight weeks.
This new development became a feather in her cap after she won the HOH games’ final round by defeating Daniella, Sheggz, and Adekunle, Biggie made the announcement on Monday night.
She joins Chomzy as the second woman to win HOH this season. When Phyna was asked who she would like to share the VIP HOH lounge with, she selected her boyfriend Groovy- which of course did surprise viewers at all.
All of the housemates competed in a water-drinking competition during the first round of the games. Big Brother announced before the round that the top four housemates—two men and two women—would advance to the following stage.
Phyna, Daniella, Sheggz, and Adekunle advanced to the second round after the first round. Phyna was successful in the round and won the HOH position for the eighth consecutive week.
Hinged on her triumph, she was exempt from nominations for the remainder of the week. Groovy, however, was not granted the advantage.
The significance of Phyna’s victory is that she becomes the first housemate from a former Level 2 home to win HOH.
