Brooks Raley Biography
Brooks Lee Raley, an American professional baseball pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball, was born on June 29, 1988. (MLB). He was a member of the Texas A&M Aggies baseball team in college. Raley was drafted in the sixth round of the 2009 MLB draft by the Chicago Cubs, and he made his MLB debut in 2012.
He has played for the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, and Houston Astros in Major League Baseball, as well as the Lotte Giants of the KBO League.
Terry Raley and DeeAnna Raley are Raley’s parents. After being selected in the 1981 Major League Baseball draft, his father joined the Toronto Blue Jays organization and played for the Medicine Hat Blue Jays and the Kinston Blue Jays before retiring from baseball in 1982.
Raley has two brothers who have played minor league baseball. Russell, the younger brother, was picked by the New York Yankees in 2006.
