Connor Wong is an American professional baseball catcher and infielder for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Connor Sun-Han Wong was born on May 19, 1996, in Houston, Texas, United States.
Wong went to Pearland High School in Pearland, Texas, where he played baseball. He was not chosen in the 2014 MLB draft thus he was selected at the University of Houston.
At the University of Houston, Connor Wong played school baseball for the Cougars. He was chosen by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the third round of the 2017 MLB draft.
Wong later signed with the Dodgers and made his expert introduction with the tenderfoot level Arizona League Dodgers.
Connor Wong was traded to the Boston Red Sox on February 10, 2020.
