Daniel A. Lynch is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball.

Born on November 17, 1996 (age 25 years), in Richmond, Virginia, in the United States of America Daniel is said to have made his MLB debut in 2021.

Daniel began his high school education at the  Douglas Southall Freeman High School in Henrico, Virginia. As a junior, he compiled a 0.97 ERA.

He was said to have furthered his education to college at the  University of Virginia where he played for the Virginia Cavaliers baseball team.

The 2018 Major league draft saw Kansas city signing Lynch with the 34th overall pick.

Physical Description: XL frame with wide shoulders, long limbs and high waist.

Delivery & Mechanics: Windup; Tall and fall delivery, with moderate effort out of a 3/4s slot.

Fastball: 93-96, t99; Some ride and run, but fairly average shape.

Curveball: 77-80; more vertical than the slider and a few ticks slower. It more of a 1-7 shape.

Slider: 83-86; sweeping action with depth.

Changeup: 81-83; Solid tumble and some fade.

Overall: Tall, a lanky lefty with good stuff and command, but hasn’t missed as many bats as you would expect.
