Dave Toub Children:
David Toub is a former player and assistant head coach for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. He now serves as the team’s special teams coordinator.
From 1980 to 1981, Toub was a member of the offensive line at Springfield College and then transferred to the University of Texas-El Paso (UTEP) in 1983. Toub was twice named to the Western Athletic Conference’s All-WAC team at UTEP.
David Toub is married and the father of a daughter and a son. Shane, his son, is a coach.
Meet Shane Toub
Shane Toub is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL). He has been with the Chicago Bears since 2020, and he is now the defensive quality control coordinator. The Bears hired him in 2018 as an offensive assistant coach, which was his first position with the organization.
Toub went to the University of Dayton, where he played football and was awarded the Stan Kurdziel Memorial Trophy as the team’s best lineman in recognition of his efforts. Toub’s father, Dave Toub, is also a coach in the National Football League.
