Jamie Burrow is a retired American football player. In his college days, he was a standout on Nebraska’s defense.
Jamie is also recognized as Joe Burrow’s brother and as the son of Jimmy Burrow, a former NFL football player.
From 1997 to 2001, he had proven himself to be the best player in the world. In 2001, he established himself as NU’s starting Mike linebacker and created a reputation for himself.
The Football Writers Association of America named him the Bronko Nagurski National Player of the Week and placed his name on the 2001 Bronko Nagurski Defensive Player of the Year Watch List.
Meet Dan Burrow
During his high school and collegiate football careers, Dan Burrow was one of the top players. As his father did, Daniel Burrow attended the University of Nebraska, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team.
His younger brother, Joe Burrow, has benefited greatly from his guidance and encouragement. Dan proceeded to Ames High School, where he began playing football, for his education.
