Since his arrest in January on charges of rape, assault, and making a threat to kill someone and subsequent release on bail, the 21-year-old has not appeared for Manchester United.
Manchester United reported that Mason Greenwood had been charged with a felony by the Crown Prosecution Service in a statement issued on Saturday. The club has suspended him while we wait for the outcome of the legal processes.

Mason Greenwood, a striker for Manchester United, doesn’t have a brother. He is reported to have a sister named Ashton, though. Ashton is a sprinter who competes for Trafford and is a sports scholarship student at Manchester Metropolitan University.
