Elise Mertens is a tennis player who competes professionally for Belgium. She was born on November 17, 1995. She is ranked in the top 15 in both singles and doubles, and on November 26, 2018, she reached the highest singles position of her career, which was world No. 12.
She has won three Grand Slam championships in women’s doubles competitions in addition to six WTA singles wins and 15 doubles titles overall on the WTA Tour.
