Frank Pollack is an American football coach and former player who is currently the offensive line coach for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL).
Before joining the Bengals coaching staff, the Dallas Cowboys hired Pollack as the offensive line coach from 2015 to 2017.
During his last stop with the Bengals in 2018, Pollack drove a redesign of Cincinnati’s line that saw four new players progress into normal beginning jobs.
Pollack’s line proceeded to make ready for Joe Mixon’s profession high 1168 surging yards while positioning in the top third in the association in the least sacks permitted.
Pollack burned through 2013-17 instructing the hostile line in Dallas, where he formed that unit into one of the most predominant in all of football.
Over his tenure, he supported the advancement of three All-Pro linemen in OT Tyron Smith, C Travis Frederick, and G Zack Martin, while assisting the line with preparing for two distinct RBs who drove the NFL in hurrying – Ezekiel Elliott in 2016, and DeMarco Murray in ’14.
In 2017, Pollack directed three linemen – Smith, Frederick, and Martin – to the Pro Bowl, as the line upheld a 4.52-yard normal per scramble for the group (third in the NFL).
